Meet our New Service Manager: Walter Modeen Jr!

We would like to introduce the newest member of our BMW of Ridgefield family, Walter Modeen! As a Service Manager, his responsibilities focus on the needs of our clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Walter, who is married with two children , says he jumped at the opportunity to join BMW of Ridgefield, a six-time Center of Excellence BMW dealership. “I was incredibly impressed to learn about the Center of Excellence achievements and more impressed to learn that in 2017 BMW of Ridgefield was ranked as the #1 BMW dealer in the country.”

Walter’s career began with BMW of Bridgeport (the sister store to BMW of Ridgefield) where he was a Service Advisor for eight years. After a total of 16 years in the Highline automotive service market, Walter is extremely well versed in the BMW brand. He worked his way up and his proven track record for excellent customer service earned him the position as Service Manager at BMW of Ridgefield. “I’m excited to meet new people and put smiles on their faces. My goal is to satisfy your driving needs for a lifetime,” he says.
