I recently purchased a 7 series at this dealership, and I have to comment on the professional and exceptional service I received here. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. For comparisons sake, last year, I purchased a different vehicle at a different high end car brand, and I must say, I did not receive half the respect I received here. The salesman I worked with, Shane, the finance advisor Melanie, and the finance director, Azi, were all very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Will hope to do business again for my next BMW.

I've bought cars from other BMW dealerships, but Ridgefield stands apart from them in a big way. No pushy salespeople and each of the cars we considered were in great shape. Top Notch! First experience with BMW service and wasn't disappointed. Will perform some noted repairs myself as that is what I do, and can do. But I was impressed with professional and proficient encounter. Also sat down with sales to discuss possible purchase. Will update review later based upon total experience.
