BMW to Unveil 7 Series Edition 40 Jahre at Frankfurt Auto Show

BMW is preparing to celebrate 40 years of 7 Series sedan as only they can, by presenting a limited edition 2018 7 Series Edition 40 Jahre at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September. Of the 200 sedans to be produced, 10 will be shipped to the United States.

The 10 vehicles that will be sold in the United States will be available in Frozen Silver Metallic, with Pretol Mica metallic available overseas. All Edition 40 Jahre vehicles include an M Aerodynamics package, a special B-pillar badge, high-gloss Shadow Line trim and 20-inch light-alloy wheels.

The Edition 40 Jahre will be available in a standard or long wheelbase configuration with either rear or xDrive all-wheel drive and 6-, 8- and 12-cylinder engines. Standard features include BMW Driving Experience Control with adaptive mode, and the Executive Drive Pro system with active roll stabilization will be available. At this time, it's still unsure as to what features will be available for the U.S. models.

Our showroom at 746 Danbury Road in Ridgefield features a compelling selection of BMW vehicles for drivers from the Danbury, Wilton, Weston and New Canaan, CT areas.
