1. When arriving at BMW of Ridgefield, take a left in front of the building.
2. Follow the arrows to Service on the far side of the building
3. Wait for the door to automatically open upon your arrival and pull into the Service Drive

How to get there:

Our After Hours Service Check-In is on the right side of the building. When pulling into our lot, keep straight and it will be on your left. 

How to drop off your vehicle:

1. Park your BMW in our customer parking area
2. Go to our Service Check-In right next to the customer parking
3. Fill out the envelope and leave the key in it
4. Place the envelope in the box
