• Greet clients entering the showroom and field their requests
• Answer telephones and direct to the correct personnel
• Manage receipts and cash transactions
• Data entry with emphasis on inventory stocking and reports
• Stocking client waiting area drinks and snacks
• Provide support to sales management

Requirements

• Associates degree; bachelor's degree a major plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email
• Excellent typing skills (60 WPM plus)
• Comfort in interacting with clients via phone

Body Shop Manager

BMW Service

BMW of Ridgefield, a 2012 and 2013 Center of Excellence winner, is looking to expand our service force and is searching for a reliable, experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to join our Service Department in Ridgefield, CT. This position will focus on all aspects of service & repairs, including product knowledge and guidance, repair order structures and client interaction. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the service center and body shop processes.

• Guide clients through the service process from the initial towing to the repaired vehicle.
• Provide knowledge on BMW repair process for clients.
• Working with management to structure repair orders.    Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients and meeting their needs.
  

Requirements

• Associates degree; bachelor's degree a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when drafting service documentation.

Client Advisor

Our company is looking to expand our parts force and is searching for a motivated, honest and reliable Part Time Delivery Driver to join our Parts Department in Ridgefield, CT. Hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• On time delivery of parts
• Courteous interaction with customers
• Accurately fill orders from our warehouse

• 10 years driving experience
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Able to lift items up to 50 pounds
